This exciting event brought Native youth from across Lindy’s home state together for a day dedicated to mindfulness, cultural learning, and mental health awareness.

Participants explored traditional activities like basket weaving and stickball, engaged in yoga for relaxation and self-care, and connected with their roots through cultural teachings. The camp emphasized the importance of balancing physical and mental health while celebrating the richness of Native traditions.
